Die Snuff Crew hat uns in den letzten Jahren krachend stampfende Beats gepaart mit energetischen Snare-/Clap-Stakkati und stürmisch-schrillen Synth-Riffs geschenkt und damit eine Musik zwischen Chicago-House und Acid-Sounds weiter vorangetrieben. Gestern veröffentlichte das Produzenten-Duo auf seinem Blog einen Beitrag, in dem es sich mit den Tag für Tag weiter zunehmenden Schreckensnachrichten aus Japan kurz befasste mit der Ankündigung, schon sehr bald eine Compilation zu veröffentlichen und die Einnahmen daraus an die Japanhilfe des Deutschen Roten Kreuzes zu spenden. Die Compilation wird mit Tracks von u.a. KiNK, Neville Watson, Marcello Napoletano, Roberto Rodriguez und der Snuff Crew selbst erscheinen. Eine förderungs- und unterstützenswerte Aktion! We are all shocked and sad about what happened and what is still happening in Japan. Our thoughts and prayers are with all people who live there. As Snuff Crew and Snuff Trax we now want to help. So we start the „Snuff Trax For Japan“ compilation that will come out as digital release. All receipts will go to the donation account of Deutsches Rotes Kreuz (German Red Cross). Besides Snuff Crew the compilation includes tracks by a lot of great artists from the international electronic music scene. KiNK, Neville Watson, Patrick Pulsinger, Hard Ton, Elec Pt.1, The Model, Andy Blake, Luke Solomon, Dance Disorder, Photonz, Marcello Napoletano, Remute, Morning Factory, DJ M-Traxxx, Billie Ray Martin, Ascii.Disko, Romina Cohn, Discodromo, Roberto Rodriguez and many more joined this charity project.
