1. Dear Hugo, would you like to introduce yourself?
Hi I am Hugo Giner also known as W&P Hgg, music lover expecially black music.
2. When did your initial music spark ignite?
When I was younger I used to buy techno, house and electronic music in general. But one day, I heard a dj mix by Larry Heard and that was incredible… It changed my mind about electronic music. A pure sound, so soulfull, completely different to the music that I used to buy. Since that day i’ve been following that sound until today and I really don´t think about a change.
3. Who and what is your most important influence?
All music is inspiration, but I love to listen to soul, jazz, disco, house and hip hop.
4. How would you describe your own style?
Deephouse.
5. What are you currently working on?
I am in the making of a new release on Cornuta sound, joining Juan UII (Tunes collector) with a more organic sound. Also new things with our label friends of Deep Explorer.
6. What are your future plans?
To me, the most important thing is, that the label goes on in the same line. This is something really hard, because in my city nobody supports this sound. No partys, no events… People here don’t care about nothing. They want djs that work as public relationships…
